How to Fix

1. 1

   Check wiring connections between the washing motor and the main PCB (connector RD3). Reconnect if disconnected.

   Check whether the washing motor impeller is locked (foreign object or debris). If locked, replace the pump casing assembly.

3. 3

   Measure washing motor resistance at connector RD3 (Pin1~Pin2, Pin2~Pin3, Pin3~Pin1 individually): nominal is 22.5-24.9 ohm at 20°C. Replace the pump casing assembly if out of range.

   After pulling out the RD3 connector, check whether the resistance between any pin pair reads 0-5 ohm (short). If shorted, replace the pump casing assembly.

5. 5

   If motor resistance is correct and connections are good, replace the main PCB assembly.
