Unlike older Samsung dishwashers with AC circulation motors, these models use a BLDC (brushless DC) pump controlled by an Inverter PBA. When diagnosing circulation pump issues (3C errors), you must check both the Main PBA AND the Inverter PBA. The Inverter PBA reports pump check codes to the Main PBA. Communication failure between them triggers AC6.

Before replacing any parts: (1) Drain water by operating the drain pump, (2) Close water supply valve, (3) Turn off power — must turn off circuit breaker, (4) Pull out unit from cabinet carefully — watch drain hose. When pulling out or laying down for service, lower adjustable legs first to provide clearance and prevent breaking legs or damaging base.

Check CN103 (Display Control Module connector) and CN100 (Touch Module connector) for condensation before replacing any control panel components. Steam from wash cycles can migrate to these connector areas, causing false bC2 button errors and no-power conditions. Remove all moisture and dry thoroughly before testing further.

The rear adjustable leg uses a helical gear mechanism with a worm gear adjusting bar. To remove: first extend rear leg fully by turning clockwise, then remove the screw holding case gear, pull out helical gear with rear leg and case gear, then pull adjusting bar with worm gear forward. This requires removing the Assy cover base and frame front/Main PBA cover first.
