Assy Duct Dry parts have strict UP orientation requirements

When reassembling the drying duct system: (1) Assy Cover Dry must have 'UP' marking facing upward, (2) Cap heat fan-Outlet must have 'UP' marking facing upward, (3) Assy Guide Nozzle must be pressed onto CAP with all 4 hooks fully assembled, (4) Verify 2 gaskets of Assy Duct Dry are not missing. Incorrect orientation causes air leaks and reduced drying performance.

Clamps on circulation pump hoses cannot be reused

When removing the circulation pump, the hose clamps that secure hoses to the sump must be cut/removed and cannot be reused. Always order new clamps as service parts before starting this repair. Failure to have replacement clamps on hand will result in an incomplete repair.

Smart Install Mode verifies all components after installation

After installing the dishwasher, run Smart Install Mode (set timer to 17h, press Hi-Temp Wash 7+ seconds) to automatically verify drainage, water supply, nozzles, heater, drain, and drying in sequence. The display shows 'OK' when all tests pass. This saves time versus manually testing each component and creates an EEPROM record that installation was verified.
