What This Means
Touch button is out of order; An object is sitting on the touch button; Condensation on control panel connector; Sub PBA defective
What actually causes this:
Moisture from steam got into the control panel, or something is resting on the buttons
First Thing to Check
Remove anything that might be pressing against the buttons and wipe down the control panel to remove any moisture

1. Check whether there is an object on the touch buttons causing a false press

2. Check whether there is condensation on the Main PBA connector — normal means no condensation

3. If condensation found, remove all moisture and dry thoroughly

4. If no condensation, replace the control panel assembly (Sub PBA)
