Turbidity sensor O-ring must be inspected during replacement
When removing the turbidity sensor, carefully use a flat-tip screwdriver to pry the tabs — they are fragile and easily damaged. Always inspect the O-ring seal around the sensor. If it is damaged in any way, replace the O-ring seal to prevent water leaks into the sensor area.
Power Relay and Heater Relay share the 12V door switch line
The Power Relay and Heater Relay both use a 12V line from the door switch. If the door sensing switch is defective, BOTH the Power Relay and Heater Relay will not operate. This means a single failed door switch can cause both 'no power' and 'no heat' symptoms simultaneously. Always check the door switch first.
