What This Means
Touch button is out of order or physically stuck; An object is sitting on the touch button; Main PBA or Sub PBA is out of order
What actually causes this:
Moisture from steam got into the control panel, or something is resting on a button
First Thing to Check
Wipe down the front control panel with a dry cloth — make sure nothing is leaning against the buttons

1. Check whether an object is resting on or pressing against the control panel buttons

2. Inspect each touch button for physical damage or stuck mechanism
- 3
3. Check Main PBA and Sub PBA connections
- 4
4. If buttons are clear and not stuck, replace the control panel assembly (Sub PBA)
- 5
5. If Sub PBA replacement doesn't resolve, replace Main PBA
