3 technician insights for the Samsung DW80N3030U Series Dishwashers (2018)

Drain water from nozzles before removal to avoid spills

Before removing any rotor/nozzle assembly, make sure to remove the water inside each rotor to prevent water from spilling out. The upper rotor is removed by rotating the holder-rotor counterclockwise, the middle by rotating its holder, and the lower by pulling straight out.

Hose clamps are under tension — handle carefully

When removing hose clamps (especially on the water valve and connecting hoses), hold them tightly because the clamp is under tension and if released, it can become a projectile. Be careful when removing clamps as the connecting hose is easily damaged.
