Post-service verification checklist is mandatory

After finishing any service: (1) Check door lock switch operation — must lock while running and stop when unlocked, (2) Verify authentic Samsung parts used, (3) Check all wires are not loose or too tight, correctly connected, bound with tape, and properly clamped, (4) Check all screws and nuts fastened to specified torque, (5) Remove all foreign material from inside tub and sump, (6) Check for water leakage from hose connectors, door, case sump, water supply/drain hoses, (7) Check power cable and outlet for damage, (8) Verify dishwasher is level, (9) Confirm installation location is flat and stable.

Waterwall vane must be at parking position when bottom nozzle sprays

During service mode testing and normal operation, the Waterwall vane must always be positioned at its parking location when the bottom nozzle starts spraying. If the vane is not parked, water will leak from the bottom of the dishwasher. This is critical during Manual Mode Step 2 (nozzle check) and any time the bottom alternation is operating.

Clamp on circulation pump hose is single-use — order replacement

When removing the hose clamp from the circulation pump sump connection, the clamp cannot be reused. Always order a new clamp as a service part before beginning the repair. Attempting to reuse the old clamp will result in water leaks.
