How to Fix

PS means 'Power Supply'.

Check that power cord N (Neutral/White) wire is connected to center terminal block screw.

Check that Red and Black wires are connected to left and right terminal block screws.

Verify connection between BK-2 (Black Wire) linked to controller and BL2-1 (White Wire) is 110-125V. If NO: check power cord connection.

Check outlet voltage is 110-125VAC. If NO: check fuse or circuit breaker.

If 4-wire connection: ensure Green ground wire goes to external ground screw and neutral ground wire is moved to center screw.
