After reassembling the Control Panel, you must test every button to confirm it is working properly. A common issue is wire harness pinching during reassembly that can disable individual buttons or cause phantom presses. The manual explicitly calls out this post-reassembly check.

After any service work, operate Time Dry for 20 minutes and check whether HC error occurs. This is explicitly stated in the safety instructions. For gas models specifically, when HC error occurs, check the terminal wiring of the compressor as it may cause desorption phenomenon of the pin for the wiring.

These dryers support downloading additional cycles via the SmartThings app, including TOWELS, SANITIZE, SHIRTS, JEANS, WOOL, ECO NORMAL, SMALL LOAD, LOW TEMP, RACK DRY, and WRINKLE AWAY. Factory setting for the DOWNLOADED cycle slot is WRINKLE AWAY. Customers may report 'missing cycles' that simply need to be re-downloaded after a power disruption or PCB replacement.

Before touching or replacing any PCB (Main PBA or SUB PBA), you must discharge static electricity from your body by touching the power plug first. Static electricity from the resin parts of the dryer or the human body can damage electronic components. This step is explicitly required in the service manual before any PCB work.
