Eco Dry may cause perceived 'no heat' complaint
When the Eco Dry option is on for NORMAL or TIME DRY cycles, the dryer performs an air dry process at the beginning of the cycle to reduce energy consumption. This air dry process does not use heated air, so customers may complain that the dryer is 'not heating.' Turn off Eco Dry and retest before diagnosing a heating problem.
