Door switch insert direction matters during reassembly
When reassembling the door switch to the Frame Panel (Frame Front), the insert direction is critical. Installing the door switch in the wrong orientation will cause it to malfunction and may trigger dC or dF error codes. The manual specifically warns to be careful of insert direction.
Door reversal procedure — 12 step process
The easy reversible door can be changed to open from the opposite side. This is a 12-step process involving removing door hinge screws, Holder Lever screws, and a specific black screw that attaches the door to Frame Front. The black screw must be relocated to the opposite hole. Reassembly procedures are in reverse order. Be careful not to scratch the Door Cover or damage the Door Glass during the process.
