What This Means
Water supply tap is closed; Wiring connection to inlet valve disconnected; Inlet hose kinked; Water pressure too low (below 10 psi / 20 psi min) or too high (above 120 psi); Filter of inlet valve clogged by dirty water; Inlet valve faulty; Hall sensor faulty; Air breaker impeller stuck; Controller (main PCB) damaged
How to Fix
- 1
1. Check if the water supply tap is open. If closed, open it.
- 2
2. Enter LQC Mode (Press Power + Start, then press Start 5 times) to verify water supply sound; press Power to exit.
- 3
3. Check connector WH6 to main PCB for disconnection or poor assembly. If disconnected, reconnect the wire.
- 4
4. Inspect inlet hose for kinks. Repair or reposition hose if kinked.
- 5
5. Verify water pressure is within 20-80 psi (140-550 kPa). If too low, install a pressure pump. If too high, call plumber.
- 6
6. Close water tap, unscrew inlet hose from inlet valve side, and clean the inlet valve filter screen.
- 7
7. Measure inlet valve coil resistance (connector WH6 pin5~6, expected 8V DC ±15% signal). Target coil resistance: 23-27 Ohms. If out of range, replace inlet valve.
- 8
8. Check hall sensor resistance (connector WH4 pin4 ~ NA8 pin1, expected 5V DC ±15%; sensor resistance 9 kΩ ±5%). If faulty, replace hall sensor.
- 9
9. Check air breaker impeller for free rotation. If stuck, replace air breaker.
- 10
10. If all above checks pass, replace main PCB assembly.
