What This Means

Wiring connection to vario motor disconnected; Vario switch not assembled properly; Vario motor faulty

How to Fix

   1. Check wiring connection to vario motor for disconnection. Reconnect if needed.

   2. Inspect vario switch (micro switch) assembly. If not properly assembled, reassemble the vario switch.

   3. Measure vario motor resistance: expected 4 kΩ ±5%.

   4. Check vario motor operation range (12-15 Ohms for cam position sensing micro switch).

   5. Check voltage at connector RL3 pin4 ~ NA4 pin2: expected 120V AC ±15%. If voltage is present but vario motor fails, replace vario motor.

   6. If voltage is out of range, replace main PCB assembly.

   NOTE: In Test Mode step 7, 'nE' will display when vario valve fails.
