What This Means
Filter assembly blocked; Drain hose kinked or blocked; Inner hole of drain case blocked; Air gap clogged; Knockout plug of garbage disposal not removed; Washing motor locked causing pump issue; Wiring connection to drain motor disconnected; Drain motor impeller stuck; Controller (main PCB) damaged
How to Fix

1. Check connector YL3 to main PCB for disconnection. If disconnected, reconnect the wire.

2. Inspect and clean the filter assembly at the bottom of the tub.

3. Check the air gap for blockage and clean if needed.
- 4
4. If connected to a garbage disposal, verify the knockout plug has been removed from the disposal inlet.

5. Inspect drain hose for kinks or external blockage including frozen conditions. Remove cause of obstruction.

6. Check drain pump resistance: target 4-5 Ohms (connector YL3 pin1~2~3). Measure connector housing individually.

7. Check voltage at connector YL3 pin1~2~3: expected 12V AC ±15%. If voltage present but motor fails, replace drain motor.

8. Check inner hole of drain case for blockage. Repair or replace drain motor if blocked.

9. If drain motor impeller is stuck, clean the impeller and test. If error persists, replace drain motor.

10. Check pump casing for washing motor lockup. If washing motor is locked, replace pump casing assembly.

11. If voltage at YL3 is out of range, replace main PCB assembly.
