Error Code dE / Door Open
Door switch is abnormal (only displayed in TEST MODE). During normal operation, drum stops and error shows when door is opened.

What This Means
Door switch defective; Door not fully latched; Door switch wiring harness disconnected
How to Fix

Enter diagnostic mode; press START/PAUSE once

Open door — dE code should appear
- 3
Disconnect WH1 and BL3 connectors from main PCB
- 4
Measure resistance between WH6 pin 6 (GN) and chassis ground screw — should be less than 1 Ohm
- 5
Disconnect BL2 and WH4 connectors; measure resistance between BL2-1 (WH) and WH4-1 (YL) — less than 1 Ohm with door closed, infinity with door open

If not correct, check door switch harness; replace door switch
- 7
If all checks pass, replace main PCB
