How to Fix
- 1
Unplug the unit.
- 2
Check all connectors and harnesses associated with the convection fan motor — reconnect or fix any loose/disconnected wiring.
- 3
Disconnect the convection fan motor connector. Measure resistance of the fan motor windings at room temperature: Fan High winding = approximately 25Ω ±10%; Fan Low winding = approximately 30Ω ±10%. If infinite (open) or below 5Ω (shorted), replace the fan motor.
- 4
With unit unplugged, measure resistance of fan motor relays on Main PCB: RY61 (Fan High) — check 1st pin of CN62 and cathode of D503; RY62 (Fan Low) — check 3rd pin of CN62 and cathode of D503. Normal is infinite (de-energized); if shorted, replace the Main PCB.
- 5
Plug in the unit. If fan motor and wiring are normal but F7 persists, replace the Main PCB.
