Stuck or shorted key on touch panel; Control Lock active; Wiring fault to Touch PCB or Main PCB CN5
How to Fix

Verify Control Lock is not engaged (press and hold Control Lock for 3 seconds to toggle)

If Control Lock was active, press CLEAR/OFF and check if keys function normally

Check all connector connections at Main PCB CN5
- 4
If connectors normal, replace Touch PCB
- 5
If issue persists after Touch PCB replacement, replace Main PCB
