How to Fix

1. Check all connector hinge connections between Main PCB and Display PCB for loose wiring.

2. Measure voltage at CON101 Pin 18 to Pin 16. Expected: 12 V. If voltage is absent, check hinge connection; if hinge is OK, replace Main PCB.

3. Measure voltage at CON101 Pin 10 to Pin 16. Expected: 5 V. If absent, check hinge connection; if hinge OK, replace Main PCB.

4. Measure voltage at CON101 Pin 14 to Pin 16. Expected: Not 0 V or 5 V (should be varying). If stuck at 0 or 5 V, replace Display PCB.

5. Measure voltage at CON101 Pin 12 to Pin 16. Expected: Not 0 V or 5 V. If stuck at 0 or 5 V, replace Main PCB.

6. Measure voltage at CON5 Pin 4 to Pin 3. Expected: Not 0 V or 5 V (varying). If stuck, replace Display PCB.

7. Measure voltage at CON5 Pin 5 to Pin 3. Expected: Not 0 V or 5 V (varying). If stuck, replace Main PCB.

8. If all voltage checks pass, explain to customer (intermittent communication issue).
