If 0 Ω (short), replace the convertible sensor. 3. undefined: With power off, measure resistance at CON8 pins 18–17. If infinite (open), go to step 6. 4. undefined: Compare resistance against the temperature/resistance table. If out of spec, replace the sensor. 5. undefined: If resistance is correct, the sensor is functioning normally — explain to customer. 6. undefined: Check the physical sensor connection.
