How to Fix

Press Ice Plus + Freezer button simultaneously to read error within 3 hours of occurrence.

Check for loose or disconnected connector between Main PCB and freezer sensor.

If connector is disconnected or loose, reconnect or repair the connector.

Measure sensor resistance at CON7 pin 17 to pin 20. If resistance is 0 Ω (short), replace the sensor.

If resistance is OL/infinite (open), replace the sensor.

If resistance reads a value, cross-reference with temperature/resistance table: -30°C=40kΩ, -25°C=30kΩ, -20°C=23kΩ, -15°C=17kΩ, -10°C=13kΩ, -5°C=10kΩ, 0°C=8kΩ.

If resistance is normal for the measured temperature, explain normal operation to customer.

If resistance is out of range but sensor is not shorted or open, replace the Main PCB.
