Check connector for looseness or disconnection between Main PCB and humidity sensor.

If loose: reconnect or repair.

Measure humidity sensor resistance.

If shorted (0 Ohm): replace sensor.

If open (infinite): replace sensor.
- 6
If resistance normal: explain to customer.
