1. undefined: Reset the unit. Enter Test Mode 1 (push test button 1 time). 2. undefined: Measure fan motor voltage at CON4 pins 12th~11th. Should be 11.4~12.6V. 3. undefined: If voltage is NOT 11.4~12.6V: replace Main PCB. 4. undefined: If voltage is correct: check airflow in icing compartment. If windy: go to step 5. 5. undefined: If not windy: rotate icing fan by hand. If sticky/seized: replace fan motor. 6. undefined: Step 5 - Check fan feedback voltage at CON4 pins 10th~11th. Should be not 0 or 5V. If 0 or 5V: replace the icing fan motor. 7. undefined: Step 6 - Check PWM voltage at CON4 pins 9th~11th. Should be not 0 or 5V. If 0 or 5V: replace Main PCB. 8. undefined: If all pass: explain to customer.
