    Check connector for looseness or disconnection.

    If loose: reconnect or repair.

    Measure RT sensor resistance and compare to temperature table.

    If shorted (0 Ohm): replace sensor.

  5. 5

    If open (infinite): replace sensor.

  6. 6

    If resistance is normal: explain to customer.
