How to Fix

Check loose connections on CON101 and display hinge connector.

Check CON101 18th-to-16th-pin voltage: should be 12 V. If not, check hinge (loose connection) and if hinge OK, replace Main PCB.

Check CON101 10th-to-16th-pin voltage: should be 5 V. If not, check hinge connection then replace Main PCB.

Check CON101 14th-to-16th-pin voltage: should NOT be 0 or 5 V (data signal). If stuck, replace Display PCB.

Check CON101 12th-to-16th-pin voltage: should NOT be 0 or 5 V. If stuck, replace Main PCB.

Check CON5 4th-to-3rd-pin voltage: should NOT be 0 or 5 V. If stuck, replace Display PCB.

Check CON5 5th-to-3rd-pin voltage: should NOT be 0 or 5 V. If stuck, replace Main PCB.

If all checks pass, explain to customer.
