Locked Motor Error

What This Means

Motor harness connector (3-pin male white) not connected to stator assembly connector (3-pin female white); Poor or unstable electrical contact between motor harness connectors and 4-pin female white connector on MAIN PWB ASSEMBLY; Motor harness between stator assembly and MAIN PWB ASSEMBLY is open-circuited; Rotor magnet cracked; Stator winding resistance out of range (should be 5-15 Ω between phases U-V, V-W, W-V); IPM in controller faulty

How to Fix

   Confirm LE is displayed

2. 2

   Check if motor drive connector (RD4) on main PWB is disconnected — if disconnected, reconnect connector/wire/motor

3. 3

   Check if rotor magnet is cracked — if cracked, replace ROTOR

4. 4

   Pull out RD4 connector and measure resistance on Red 3P male connector (U=1, V=2, W=3): U-V, V-W, W-V should all be 5-15 Ω; if out of range, replace STATOR

5. 5

   If resistance is in range, check IPM in controller — if faulty, replace MAIN PWB ASSEMBLY
