What This Means

Door not all the way closed; Loose electrical connections at door switch and PWB assembly; Door switch assembly out of order; Connector to door switch or main PWB disconnected; Spring of latch hook not actuating; PCB assembly faulty

How to Fix

   Check if dE ERROR is displayed

2. 2

   Check connector to door switch and main PWB; if disconnected, reconnect or repair

3. 3

   Check if spring of latch hook actuates; if not, replace Door Assembly

4. 4

   Listen for clicking sound once or twice when START/PAUSE is pressed; if no click, replace PCB ASSEMBLY

5. 5

   Check if DOOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY is broken; if yes, replace DOOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY

6. 6

   Environmental checks: machine must operate with all doors completely closed and locked; washing area water temperature must not exceed 45°C
