Locked Motor Error

What This Means

Motor harness connector (3-pin, male, white) not connected to stator assembly connector (3-pin, female, white); Bad or unstable electrical contact at 4-pin motor harness connector and 4-pin Main PWB female connector; Motor harness between stator assembly and Main PWB cut (open circuit); Rotor magnet cracked; Stator winding resistance out of range (not 5–15 Ω between U-V, V-W, W-V)

How to Fix

   Confirm LE is displayed

2. 2

   Check motor drive connector at Main PWB assembly (GY3) — reconnect if disconnected

3. 3

   Check motor harness wiring connector — reconnect if disconnected

4. 4

   Inspect rotor magnet for cracks — replace rotor if cracked

5. 5

   Pull out GY3 connector (Grey 3P, male); measure resistance U-V, V-W, W-U — should be 5–15 Ω each

6. 6

   If resistance out of range: replace stator

7. 7

   If resistance in range: check IPM in controller

8. 8

   If IPM check fails: replace Main PWB assembly
