How to Fix

Check fan motor resistance (9.5–12 Ω at 25°C). If 0 Ω or infinite, replace fan motor. Check RD7 third pin to Blue 3 pin: 0.4–0.55V in diode mode; BL3 resistance 30–35 MΩ.
