What This Means

Load is too small; Appliance is tilted; Laundry gathered to one side; Non-distributable items in drum (e.g., heavy single items); Transit bolts not removed; Machine not installed on level, solid floor

How to Fix

   Confirm UE is displayed

2. 2

   Check if laundry is leaning to one side — redistribute laundry evenly in drum

3. 3

   Check if washing machine is installed at an angle — adjust leveling feet to keep machine horizontal

   Verify all 4 transit bolts have been removed

5. 5

   Confirm machine is on a solidly constructed, level floor

6. 6

   Use load test mode: place 4.5-6.5 lbs (2-3 kg) of clothing, press Power, Rinse+Spin, then Start/Pause — verify stable at high spin

7. 7

   If not stable, adjust feet and tighten all lock nuts against the base
