Door Open Error (variant 1)

What This Means

Door not all the way closed; Loose electrical connections at door switch and PWB assembly; Door switch assembly out of order; Latch hook spring not adjusted properly

How to Fix

1. 1

   Check connectors at door switch and main board — reconnect or repair if loose or broken

2. 2

   Check latch hook spring adjustment — if not adjusted properly, replace door assembly

3. 3

   Listen for clicking sound (once or twice) when START/PAUSE is pressed to start cycle — if no click, replace PCB assembly

4. 4

   If clicking is heard, check if door switch assembly is broken — if not broken, replace door switch assembly

5. 5

   Installation check: machine must operate with all doors completely closed and locked; area temperature must not exceed 45°C
