Error Code OE
Drain Error — not fully drained within 10 minutes
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
What This Means
Pump motor connector broken or loose; Air chamber, tube clogged, or press switch issue (water level frequency below 25.0 kHz); Drain pump coil resistance out of range (should be 10-20 Ω); Voltage between connectors NA2 pin1 and BL3 pin1 out of range; Main PWB assembly faulty; Drain hose kinked, frozen, or positioned too low; Foreign material inside pump
How to Fix
- 1
Check pump motor connector (circulation pump and drain pump) for broken or loose connections — reconnect or repair
- 2
Press Soil and Delay Wash simultaneously — if water level frequency is below 25.0 kHz, check air chamber, tube (clogging), and press switch
- 3
Measure drain pump coil resistance (pin 1 to 2): should be 10-20 Ω; if out of range, replace drain pump assembly
- 4
Check voltage between NA2 pin1 and BL3 pin1: running pump = 120VAC ±5%, stopped motor/pump = 0-1V; if out of range, replace MAIN PWB assembly
- 5
To test pump: hold Spin and Soil then press POWER; then press Start/Pause: 2x = pump slow-speed, 3x = mid-speed, 4x = high-speed, 5x = stop
- 6
Ensure drain hose is not in lower position, not bent or clogged, not frozen, and has no improper material inside pump
