Drain Error - machine unable to drain water within expected time

What This Means

Drain pump connector disconnected or harness damaged; Drain hose kinked, clogged, frozen, or positioned too low; Air chamber or pressure tube clogged (water level frequency below 26.0 kHz in service mode); Drain pump coil resistance out of range (should be 10-20 Ohm); Voltage at pump not 120V +/- 5% during run; Failed Main PCBA

How to Fix

1. 1

   If connector to pump motor assembly is disconnected: Reconnect or repair the connector

2. 2

   Enter SVC Mode and press Start/Pause 9 times to activate Pump Check — verify pump runs

3. 3

   If pump coil resistance is out of range (not 10-20 Ohm): Replace the drain pump assembly

   If voltage at WH6 Pin 1 is out of range when pump should run: Replace Main PCB Assembly

   Ensure drain hose end is 39 inches (99 cm) above floor

6. 6

   Do not insert drain hose more than 12 inches (30 cm) into standpipe

7. 7

   Replace harness if wiring is damaged

8. 8

   Replace pump if all electrical checks pass
