Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
Also displayed as: OE
What This Means
PCBA fault; Connector of PCBA or pump or connection connector disconnected; Wiring harness open between PCB and pump; Drain pump coil resistance out of range (should be 1.5-4 ohms); Air chamber or pressure tube clogged (water level frequency below 26.0 kHz in service mode); Drain hose in lower position, bent, clogged, or frozen; Foreign material inside drain pump
How to Fix
- 1
Step 1: Is OE displayed? Yes — proceed.
- 2
Step 2: Is the connector to pump motor assembly disconnected or disassembled? Yes — reconnect or repair the connector. No — proceed.
- 3
Step 3: Enter SVC Mode. Is water level frequency below 26.0 kHz? Yes — check the AIR CHAMBER, the tube (clogged), and press switch. No — proceed.
- 4
Step 4: Is the coil of the drain pump resistance too high or too low? (Normal: 1.5-4 ohms pin 1-2, 2-3, 3-1). Yes — replace the DRAIN PUMP ASSEMBLY. No — proceed.
- 5
Step 5: Replace the MAIN PCB ASSEMBLY.
- 6
Environmental checks: (1) Drain hose must not be in a lower position. (2) Drain hose must not be bent or clogged. (3) Drain hose must not be frozen. (4) Drain pump must not contain foreign material.
