Error Code FE
Water Overflow Error — water level too high
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
What This Means
Inlet valve leaking or failing to close (continuously filling even with power off); Pressure sensor air chamber or tube clogged; Water level sensor frequency out of range (should be over 21.0 kHz in service mode to confirm overflow condition); Failed PCBA
How to Fix
- 1
1. Confirm FE is displayed.
- 2
2. To check water level: power on and run, then press SPIN SPEED and DELAY WASH simultaneously.
- 3
3. Enter service mode and check water level frequency. If frequency is below 21.0 kHz (not in overflow condition), check the air chamber and the pressure tube for clogs.
- 4
4. If frequency is above 21.0 kHz and segment display shows under 10, replace the PCBA.
- 5
5. Check if the inlet valve works when power is NOT applied (valve sticking open). If yes, replace the inlet valve assembly.
- 6
6. If inlet valve operates continuously only when power is applied, replace the main PCB assembly.
