Inlet / Water Supply Error — water not filling within expected time
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
What This Means
Water tap closed; Inlet valve filter clogged with foreign material; Inlet valve connector (RD6) on PCBA disconnected or faulty; Inlet valve resistance out of range; Failed PCBA
How to Fix
- 1
1. Verify the water tap is open and water is flowing.
- 2
2. Inspect the filter screen on the inlet valve; clean or replace if clogged.
- 3
3. Check connector RD6 on the PCBA; reconnect or repair if loose or damaged.
- 4
4. Enter Test Mode (press POWER, then hold Temp and Soil; buzzer sounds twice), advance to step 3 (press Start/Pause 3 times) — inlet valve for detergent (cold) should activate. Confirm water enters tub.
- 5
5. Unplug the machine and measure inlet valve solenoid resistance between pins 1–2 of each solenoid coil. Specification is 0.8–1.2 kΩ. Replace inlet valve assembly if out of range.
- 6
6. If valve and wiring are good, replace the PCBA.
