Error Code LE
Locked Motor Error — motor locked or hall sensor fault
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
What This Means
Motor hall sensor connector disconnected (GY3 or BL3 on PCBA); Motor drive connector disconnected; Rotor magnet cracked or damaged; Stator winding resistance out of range
How to Fix
- 1
1. Confirm LE is displayed.
- 2
2. Check all motor-related connectors (motor hall sensor connector and motor drive connector GY3). If disconnected, reconnect.
- 3
3. Visually inspect rotor magnet for cracks. If cracked, replace the rotor.
- 4
4. Pull out the GY3 connector and measure stator winding resistance at the wire terminal: U–V (pins 1–2), V–W (pins 2–3), W–V (pins 3–1). Specification: 5–15 Ω each. U=1, V=2, W=3.
- 5
5. If resistance is out of range, replace the stator.
- 6
6. If all wiring, rotor, and stator are OK but error persists, replace the main PCB assembly.
