Error Code OE
Drain Error — water not draining within expected time
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
What This Means
Drain pump connector (GY6) disconnected; Drain hose kinked, blocked, or frozen; Drain pump coil resistance out of range (should be 1.5–4 Ω); Air chamber or pressure tube clogged (water level frequency below 26.0 kHz in service mode); Failed PCBA
How to Fix
- 1
1. Confirm OE is displayed.
- 2
2. Check whether the pump motor connector is connected. If disconnected or disassembled, reconnect or repair the connector.
- 3
3. If connector is OK, enter service mode and check water level frequency. If frequency is below 26.0 kHz, inspect the air chamber and pressure tube for blockage.
- 4
4. Verify the drain pump coil resistance (pins 1–2, 2–3, 3–1); specification is 1.5–4 Ω. If coil resistance is out of range, replace the drain pump assembly.
- 5
5. Verify drain hose environmental conditions: hose must not be in a lower position, must not be bent or clogged, must not be frozen, must be free of debris inside the pump.
- 6
6. If pump and hose are good, replace the main PCB assembly.
