What This Means
Foreign object entered the drain pump causing it to get stuck; Drain pump motor defective; Main PBA defective; Inverter PBA defective; Drain hose kinked or clogged
What actually causes this:
Food debris or a foreign object is clogging the drain hose or the drain pump

Check and clean the filter at the bottom of the dishwasher tub — it is likely clogged with food particles

How to Fix

1. Check for foreign material in the drain hose and drain pump — remove any blockage

2. Check and reconnect the drain pump connector
- 3
3. Measure drain pump coil resistance (disconnect connector first) — normal: approximately 88 ohms +/-7% (81.8-94.2 ohms)

4. Check the operating LED (red) on the Main PBA — normal: fully on while operating
- 5
5. Check for condensation on the PBA — if found, remove all moisture
- 6
6. If drain pump tests normal, replace Inverter PBA
- 7
7. If Inverter PBA is normal, replace Main PBA
