What This Means
Touch button is out of order; An object is resting on the touch button; Condensation on PBA connector
What actually causes this:
Moisture from steam got into the control panel, making it think a button is being pressed, or something is resting on the buttons
First Thing to Check
Check that nothing is leaning against the control panel and wipe it dry — steam moisture is a common cause

How to Fix

1. Check whether there is condensation on the PBA — CN103 of Display Control Module connector

2. Check CON100 TOUCH Module connector (Display Control Module, Touch Module, Sub Wire) — Normal: no condensation

3. If condensation found, remove all moisture and dry thoroughly

4. If no condensation, replace the Control Panel Assembly
