What This Means
Synchronous motor is out of order; Location in the cam is incorrect; Micro Switch defective; Distributor Motor defective

The motor that directs water to different spray zones has failed or gotten stuck
First Thing to Check
Try running a full load cycle instead of half load — if the error persists, service is needed
Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
1. Check the connections for the Distributor Motor and Micro Switch connectors — reconnect
- 2
2. Check whether the coil in Distributor Motor is conductive (remove connectors before measuring) — Normal: approx. 3.6-4.0k ohms
- 3
3. Check position sensing operations when turning the Micro Switch on and off (use n5 service test mode). Check conduction between brown wire and violet wire — Micro switch ON: Short, Micro switch OFF: Open. It is NG if keeps ON or OFF state for 120 seconds. Do not supply water during test
- 4
4. Adjust Cam Assembly and find fault — if faulty, replace Cam Assembly
- 5
5. Check whether half load is operating normally — check operation voltage: Normal 110-120V. Check Distributor Motor Relay: voltage between pin 8 (Brown) of CN401 and pin 1 (Red) of CN101. Normal: 110-120V while operating
- 6
6. Check the Power Relay
