What actually causes this:
The mechanism that pops the door open for drying is stuck or has failed
First Thing to Check
Make sure nothing is blocking the door from opening — try manually opening and closing it a few times

1. Check whether the door physically opens when the Auto Door Open actuator operates

2. Check and reconnect Sub PBA and touch button PBA connectors

3. Check Auto Door Open actuator operation

4. If actuator operates but door doesn't open, check door mechanism for obstructions

5. If actuator doesn't operate, replace the actuator
