What This Means
Water supply pressure is too low; Water supply valve is closed; Aqua stop is out of order; Case brake fails to detect the flow meter pulse
What actually causes this:
The water supply valve under the sink is turned off, or the water line is kinked or clogged
First Thing to Check
Check that the water supply valve under your kitchen sink is fully open and the water line isn't kinked

2. Check if the water supply line has adequate pressure (20-120 psi)

3. Check the water inlet hose for kinks, clogs, or a blocked aqua-stop filter

4. Verify the flow meter is working normally — check for detected pulses

5. Check the water inlet valve connector and operation

6. If flow meter and valve are normal, replace the Main PBA
