Error Code C-20
Temperature sensor is disconnected or failed - oven cannot measure temperature
Critical
Stop using immediately - risk of damage or safety issue
Also displayed as: C-20
What This Means
Sensor connector disconnected; Sensor failure; Broken wire in sensor harness; Main PCB connector issue
What actually causes this:
Loose connector from vibration, corroded connector pins, or thermistor element burned out
First Thing to Check
Check visible connector at oven sensor for loose or corroded pins
Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
Disconnect power and sensor harness
- 2
Measure sensor resistance (should be 1080Ω at room temperature)
- 3
Check connector at Main PCB (CN320)
- 4
Check connector at sensor
- 5
Measure connector resistance (Open=∞Ω, Short=under 10Ω)
