Error Code C-d1
Door lock mechanism malfunction or misalignment
Critical
Stop using immediately - risk of damage or safety issue
Also displayed as: C-d1
What This Means
Door lock harness disconnected; Door lock motor resistance incorrect; Door locking switch failure; Insufficient voltage to lock motor
What actually causes this:
Worn motor, loose connections, switch failure, or mechanical binding
First Thing to Check
Verify door lock harness is fully connected to both motor and switch
Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
Check harness connection between door lock and motor
- 2
Measure door lock motor resistance (normal 1600-2200 ohms at room temp)
- 3
Measure voltage at door lock motor (normal AC 120V)
- 4
Test door locking switch operation
