Door locking malfunction

What This Means

Harness disconnected from door lock switch or motor; Door lock motor resistance abnormal; No voltage reaching door lock motor during operation; Door lock switch malfunction; Main PCB connector issue

How to Fix

   Disconnect power and open back cover

2. 2

   Check harness connection with door lock switch and motor

3. 3

   Confirm door lock motor resistance value is normal - coil should be around 500 ohms at room temperature

4. 4

   With door lockout operating, measure voltage on harness connector linked with door lock motor - should be AC 120V

5. 5

   Check if door locking switch operates normally

6. 6

   Check connector CNS300 connection on main PCB

7. 7

   Measure resistance of CNS300 on main PCB - COM-NO contacts should be proper

8. 8

   If voltage missing, check harness connection to main PCB connector CNS300

9. 9

   Replace door lock motor or micro switch if resistance abnormal

10. 10

    Repair damaged harness or replace main PCB
