Oven heating over - temperature rises abnormally high

What This Means

Oven sensor malfunction; Bake heater stuck on; Broil heater stuck on; Convection heater stuck on; Relay malfunction (DLB, Broil, Bake, Convection)

How to Fix

1. 1

   Disconnect power and open back cover

2. 2

   Measure oven sensor resistance (should be 1080 ohms at room temperature)

3. 3

   If sensor is bad, replace it

4. 4

   Check broil, bake, and convection heater resistances

5. 5

   Test all associated relays (TB200, TB202, TB203, TB204, TB205)

6. 6

   Check for damaged wire harness to main PCB

7. 7

   Replace main PCB if all components test good
