Oven heating over (overheating condition)

What This Means

Defective oven sensor; Faulty heater elements (bake, broil, convection); Failed relay (DLB, Broil, Bake, Convection); Disconnected harness on Sub PCB; Damaged Main PCB

How to Fix

   Disconnect power and open back cover

2. 2

   Measure oven sensor resistance (should be 1080Ω at room temperature)

3. 3

   Check broil, bake, and convection heater elements for proper resistance

4. 4

   Verify DLB, Broil, Bake, and Convection heater relays are working normally

5. 5

   Check for disconnection of harness linked with main PCB on Sub PCB

6. 6

   Check resistance of oven sensor connector on Sub PCB (normal: 2850Ω)

7. 7

   Check DLB and Bake/Broil relay (normal: ∞Ω)

8. 8

   Inspect PCB for damaged patterns or parts

9. 9

   Replace Main PCB if persistent after other checks
