Door lock is misaligned

What This Means

Door lock motor coil failure; Door lock switch malfunction; Wire harness loose or disconnected; Main PCB failure

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Disconnect power

  2. 2

    Disconnect harness from lock motor

  3. 3

    Check door lock switch (COM-NO)

  4. 4

    Measure lock motor coil resistance (normal: 1750-1850 ohms)

  5. 5

    Check CN300 connector on main PCB for proper connection

  6. 6

    Verify 120V AC applied to lock motor when activated

  7. 7

    If faulty, replace micro switch or lock motor, or replace main PCB
