Oven heating over (temperature excessive)

What This Means

Defective oven sensor; Failed broil, bake, or convection heater; Faulty relay (DLB, Broil, Bake, Convection); Disconnected harness from main to sub PCB; Damaged PCB pattern

How to Fix

   Disconnect power and open back cover

2. 2

   Measure oven sensor resistance (should be 1080Ω)

3. 3

   Check broil, bake, and convection heater resistance

4. 4

   Verify DLB, Broil, Bake, and Convection heater relays work normally

5. 5

   Check all harness connections between main and sub PCB

6. 6

   Check connector CN100 resistance (Normal: 2850Ω)

7. 7

   Replace main PCB if relays are failed
